GENERAL INFORMATION
Online registration is the best way to pay your registration fee and give us your contact information (as well as secure a ticket on the conference bus from the airport). The Symposium registration fee is $485 ($550 starting August 15). The non-participating guest fee of $230 ($260 starting August 15) entitles the guest to accompany registered participants for the opening reception, all breakfasts and two banquet dinners. Participants are on their own for all lunches and for dinners Thursday and Friday evenings.

As participation in the meeting is limited, adjustments in registration acceptance may be necessary to encourage balanced participation throughout the investigative and clinical communities.

The meeting will begin at Salishan at 6pm on Thursday, with a welcome reception followed by the keynote talk. Breakfast will be provided starting at 7:30am Fri-Mon, and talks will begin daily at 8:30am. Events include a poster reception, an organized hike in the hills along the coast (or a trip to Newport to the Oregon Coast Aquarium), a banquet dinner at the Resort, clinical/scientist interactive break-out sessions, and a salmon bake (on the beach if weather permits at the home of Diane Baker, MD). An informal breakfast session will be held Monday morning; we will adjourn by 9am.
