Online registration is the best way to pay your registration fee and give us your contact information, as well as secure a ticket on the conference bus from the airport. The Symposium registration fee is $485 ($580 starting August 3, 2009). The non-participating guest fee of $240 ($280 starting August 3, 2009) entitles the guest to accompany registered participants for the opening reception, all breakfasts, and two banquet dinners. You may also register a guest for only one or both dinners. Participants are on their own for all lunches and for dinners Thursday and Friday evenings. Please understand that we cannot make refunds after September 4, 2009.

As participation in the meeting is limited, adjustments in registration acceptance may be necessary to encourage balanced participation throughout the investigative and clinical communities.

The meeting will begin at Salishan at 6pm on Thursday, with a welcome reception followed by the keynote talk. Breakfast will be provided Friday through Monday, and talks will begin daily Friday through Sunday no later than 8:30am. Events include a poster reception Friday afternoon; an organized hike in the hills along the coast or a trip to Newport to the Oregon Coast Aquarium Saturday afternoon; a banquet dinner at the Resort Saturday evening; clinical/scientist interactive break-out sessions; and a salmon bake on the beach if weather permits (at the home of Diane Baker, MD) Sunday evening. Departure follows Monday breakfast.
