The
Symposium registration
fee is $495 ($595 starting August
2, 2010). The airport bus fee is
$75 round-trip or $40 one-way. The non-participating
guest fee of
$260 ($280 starting August 2, 2010) entitles
the guest
to accompany
registered participants for the opening reception,
all breakfasts, and two banquet dinners. You
may also register a guest for only one or both
dinners ($65 each). Participants are on their
own for all lunches and for dinners Thursday
and
Friday
evenings.
Please
understand that we cannot make refunds after September
3, 2010.
As
participation in the meeting is limited, adjustments
in registration acceptance may be necessary to
encourage balanced participation throughout the
investigative and clinical communities.
