• The Symposium registration fee is $495 ($625 starting August 1, 2012) and includes the opening reception (Thursday), the poster session reception (Friday), four breakfasts (Friday-Monday), and two banquet dinners (Saturday, Sunday). Note: onsite registration is not available.
• The Symposium will charter ONE bus that will leave PDX at 2:30pm Thursday afternoon arriving at Salishan around 5:00pm and return to the airport from Salishan at 9:00am on Monday morning arriving at PDX around 11:30am. The airport bus fee is $70 round-trip or $35 one-way. This is the only organized ground transportation for the meeting. Other ground transportation options are not sponsored by the meeting and must be arranged on your own.
• The non-participating guest fee of $320 ($350 starting August 1, 2012) entitles a guest to join registered participants for all included meals. A guest may be registered for only one or both dinners ($70 each), but other pro-rating or à la carte pricing for meals is not available.

Please understand that we cannot make refunds after August 31, 2012.

As participation in the meeting is limited, adjustments in registration acceptance may be necessary to encourage balanced participation throughout the investigative and clinical communities.
